Use It Before You Lose It

One of the neglected habits for the past decade or two is exercise. With the computers making it easier for a lot of people when it comes to office work and even playing, kids are rarely playing outside running about and those who are already in their 40s and 50s are feeling the ill effects of the lack of exercise. We like almost everything instant. We like to cut short the time or do more in less the time. We ride instead of walk even if the distance is just a block away. If we fail to use our legs more often, we just might lose them. Then when you are using a free spirit knee walker that is the time you will want to walk often.
