My muscles are aching. I have spent God knows how long seated in front of my computer working and now I can feel the muscles around my shoulder aching. They are very sore and I’m afraid if I rest, I won’t be able to get up from bed the following day.
A friend suggested I try using a muscle stimulator to work up my muscles so they wouldn’t tense up and become too stiff. I actually don’t know if muscle stimulators are able to do that but I am willing to try one if it means a more relaxed sleep for me. Sometimes, when I’ve been working for a long time, I can feel a burning sensation just below my nape and I know that my muscles are starting to act up.
I really need to look for something to solve this. I don’t want to wake up one day unable to move my upper body. Oh, the price to pay for being a diligent work at home mom. Do you suffer the same? What do you do to relieve yourself of the pain?
