On Personal Hygiene

It is a must for anyone, especially for moms to make their health a top priority and make sure they mind their hygiene every single time. True that no one dies from too much dirt, but it will not hurt to be mindful of our hygiene wherever we are and wherever we go as it does pay to be clean all the time, especially when you want to ensure that you will not easily get diseases and illnesses simply by keeping clean.

Brush your teeth three times a day, clean up after yourself, wash your hands, take a bath everyday, the list goes on and on. We have memorized them down pat as we have been taught these hygiene practices since we are little children. In this day and age, when a lot of complicated and sophisticated virus and bacteria develop, it is also a good time to be all the more mindful of our hygiene. Use alcohol and hand sanitizers, especially if you are out and does not have access to soap and water. Use breath spray if you have not time for a quick bathroom break to brush your teeth. Both consumers and producers have changed their views about hygiene and have adapted various ways to adapt to the ever changing season. Even car manufacturers came up with antimicrobial hand wheels and I am sure a lot of these type of products will be coming out in the market soon.

So how is your personal hygiene?
