Since I have been reading a lot of health related articles and saw effects of unhealthy lifestyle, I have decided that I should make steps to ensure that I would live the rest of my life living in a healthy way. I plan to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily, get some sleep at least 6 hours during the evening, exercise and eat a balance diet.
Now, my problem is that I couldn’t sleep anymore. I am used to staying late at night. So, I am planning to take natural sleep aids until my body clock would adjust into sleeping at night. Sounds like an easy plan but I know it is hard to do.
