Avoid Sedentary Lifestyle

The problem with today’s lifestyle is the lack of body movement of most people especially those who are working with computers. Imagine at least 8 hours of being seated in the office. There may be breaks but often 4 hours straight is usual. Add to that the time seated in a car or public transport, then when you reach home to watch tv to take a rest, you are again seated or lying down. That is sedentary lifestyle. Lack of exercise will ultimately be the reason of your death if you do not do something about it soon. You don’t have to go to the gym just to exercise or bore yourself with the usual routines. Try yoga. With a couple of yoga mats and a video, you can be fit.
