Just yesterday, I blogged about asking suggestions on what to do in losing my tummy, either I take fat burner supplements or should I do some tummy workout to get rid of it. Now, I am entertaining the idea of a tummy workout.
They say a tummy can be easily trimmed if you are just patient doing your daily workouts. But first, I need to look for a workout module that would be easy for me to do and can fit inside my time. Any suggestions anyone??
