KJ Weather
The weather has been a killjoy lately. The summer months have been very short and many people how have planned outings in the beach or other resorts have either found themselves staying at home or stranded somewhere. Those who have planned to go camping and have already packed their backpacks and sleeping bags founds have to unpack them all again because it is just difficult to go out in the woods in this weather. It is really crazy.
So this must already be the global warming acting up. We have longer winters, more rainy nights, really hot days, and whatever crazy things that have happened. There are flash floods that come in a real flash—like it is really hot in the morning and in the afternoon it would rain so hard for like 30 minutes to an hour and then the streets would get flooded. Is this how bad our environment has become? Well, we have no one to blame but ourselves.
Smart Option for Retirees
Whether you are about to retire or you are just thinking of the available options once you retire, you probably are already analyzing the best choices when it come to income generating opportunities when you finally stop working. Most people are looking towards gold as a very good investment because its price has been going up for the past couple of years. In fact, retirees are now setting up gold IRA accounts because they are aware that having gold 401k would work to their advantage.
Just imagine, with IRA gold you could receive a return on investment of more than 200% in just a few years! Statistics show that if a person invested about 10,000 in gold coins in the 1970s, the amount would have upped by a whopping 5000% by now! It’s no wonder then that a retiree or would-be retiree would be more inclined to consider gold IRA transfer because it’s more profitable.
With the rate the value of gold is going, it is the most feasible option especially when you are looking at long-term benefits. Even if you’re still a long way off from reaching your retirement age, it would be a smart decision to open a 401k gold account.
Know Your Rights!
At one time or another, you might have fallen victim to abusive debt collectors. If you have things you pay for on a monthly basis – credit card bills, car loan, mortgage, and student loan – you probably have been the recipient of collection calls even if you are just a day late in paying what is due.
But did you know that as a consumer, you actually have a right and that is your right to be spared from undue stress and abuse caused by inconsiderate debt collectors? Yes, there is what we call the Fair Debt Collection act. Through this law that has been enacted, consumers can approach a lawyer and ask for protection against unscrupulous debt collectors.
Most debt collectors thrive on stepping on the dignity and rights of debtors but through the Fair Debt Collection act, collectors are enforced to comply with all legal requirements that respect a debtor’s rights.
