Gamer Mom

It doesn’t mean that being a woman means I don’t play video or PC games. In fact, I am an avid player both online and offline. Most of my favorite online games are Facebook game apps like My Town, Ponzi Inc., Farmville, Farm Town, Home Inn and many others. As for my offline games, I like playing Bejeweled, Zuma, Diner Dash, Plants vs Zombies and many more. Most of my favorites are time management games.

One of my favorite places wherein I can download games is at www.gamehouse.com. They have the widest array of games from different genres like hidden object, puzzle, time management, action, board, jigsaw, arcade and many more. Besides, trying out their games is for free. If you like it, you can buy and upgrade to full version later.

Diner Dash is one of my favorite games from Game House. I really love how Flow started her career in restaurant management and advance to more sophisticated level. Right now, she has another one called Hotel Dash. I have to try that one first.
Oh well, as a gamer mom, I was close to naming my third baby Flow. Good thing my husband didn’t agree to it. LOL! We might end up having a gamer baby.

Women's Health

For me, I believe women are often prone to health difficulties than men. Our body is subject to many changes in one lifetime. Our body produces different kind of hormones per stages in life from infancy, puberty, during intimate activity, pregnancy, after birth and menopause. Aside from the changes, pregnancy and child birth often carries a risk to women every time they undergo such stage.

In this day and age, I think that the government should also focus in women’s health. They should pass bills protecting its rights to live a better life. At some countries, there are already laws protecting women’s health and over all welfare but still there are some who are still abused. So hopefully, I pray that women will be protected everywhere.

Speaking about women’s health, I just saw a new way of losing weight. It is by taking oral hcg drops. They said that by taking such you will experience no hunger pains, increased weight loss, increased metabolism and no more sugar cravings. They also said this diet is convenient as you can mix this with easy food recipes. This can also be made as the special ingredient to your own diet shake. Many dieters using oral hcg drops report a loss up to 30 pounds in 30 days! Isn’t that amazing?

Anyway, what are your stands in the modern day issues on women’s health? The issues of weight loss (capitalized by pharmaceuticals, food industries and fashion - thinner the sexier stereotypes)? What do you think?

Hoping for My Dream Ride

In one of my blogs, I have written about a list of cars that I like to hopefully own someday. One of these cars that I liked was a Chevrolet Silverado. I preferred this kind of car because I think it’s is looks pretty cool for a mom like me. I also like cars that can be used both for business and pleasure.


Though I am already eying out for our family transportation someday, I am still having problems in getting a driver’s license. Not that I am afraid to take the government’s driving test and answer those questions about driving and common troubleshooting like a brake job, I just don’t have the time yet. I know there is so much to learn not only in theory but physically driving around to practice but I still have other priorities right now like my 4 month old baby.

Anyway, I just hope someday when I apply for a driver’s license, they will just test me on how to drive. If I need to fix my car, there are many places where I can get such services like ones in Dallas auto repair shops.

Oh well, I guess I just have to wait for the day that I am ready to get my driver’s license and my ride. And, I am hoping that would be soon. ^_^
